About me

Hey there, I’m Nadia and I’m stoked you’re here! I’ve always had a thing for wellness – it’s my jam! It’s why I decided to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science and a master’s in Public Health. I also have six years of teaching experience under my belt, but my story goes beyond the classroom.

I was stuck in a soul-sucking job until I hit the brakes and decided to pursue what makes me happy. That led me to explore wellness, mindfulness and personal development – and I haven’t looked back since!
